PANORAMAS

For this assignment I had to shoot 3 or 4 photos to make a panorama of a certain scene. I decided to shoot the school library, the back of the school, my job, and photo class. I had to bring in photos into photoshop and click photomerge and basically photoshop did the rest for me. I did however have to crop the panoramas because there were cuts and empty space in the document. If i had to do this project over again I would stand further back of the subjects so the pictures can come out better and you can see the whole scene.

Event Photography

For this event photography shoot i shot my friend sarah burning paper, silly bands, and string on bleachers. If i had to change one thing it would be that after I finished I realized i had a picture of her starting to burn the paper so i couldve done before during and ater the burning of paper.

Composite Scale

For this Composite Scale project i took pictures of my friend gabby and myself in fighting poses.  I then decided to add aliens and predators to the picture to make it seem like they were attacking us. When i finished cropping and resizing the aliens and predators i still felt like there was something missing and finally decided it needed an environment where the aliens would live. I had trouble finding a photo but after several minutes of looking i found this background and it immediately fell into place. Overall i am very happy with my finished product.

BUTTONS!!

Photoshoot!

i like this photo because it shows the flower in a different location in the shot rather then in her hand. and plus this is the only one that came out good when she threw it in the air.
Although i like this photo because she seems very sweet i would change the fact that she is so closed into the frame. if i could i would zoom out more so you can see the rest of her foot and more of the background.

calendar ( what i didn't like )

for this project i disliked the fact that i did not get to use zack ahern for my photographer. at the begining it was hard to find a photographer but once i got him it was smooth sailing from there.

Calendar ( what i liked )

during the project i enjoyed using photoshop to make the photographs black and white. it was also challenging yet entertaining to make the actual calendar in adobe illustrator. The fact that we could make it our own with little rules to follow.

Calendar

today lkjhgfds;olitrfecdyjkl.kghcdscghjmk,l.;/l.kfdsxdkml,;./jyhtgrefiu['phtgrfcd m,k,fvd bno;.p'/;.jmunybhtgrvfecmki,lo.;['/p;.ol,ihtbgrvfuo.;p/oli,kjnyhbgtrvfecdwsxwsxfvrt ynu mi,o.p;/['/p;oikujyhtgrfvjnkmil,o;.p'/[
}hnybgt,l.;p'[
jnyhtbgv sorry about that that was many minaj. but anyways before i was rudely inturupted, yesterday i finished my calendar project and i was very happy with the results. i had a little difficulty figuring out what i had to properly name but you ( mr. bvags ) helped me out. so now i have a finished project i am proud of.

PLOXYAWSOME

The ploxyawsome is one of the rare mammals found in the wild. It has been spotted in the great plains of Africa. It was created when a scientist was attempting animal fusion but the ploxyawsome ran away and began reproducing. It is able to reproduce either with a beagle, a horse, a zebra, a cheetah or a giraffe. Its main diet consist of tree leaves and grass, but enjoys flowers once in a while.

Point Of View

For the point of view project i attempted to shoot photos from a different perspective in Washington D.C. I shot everywhere from the air and space museum, the lincoln memorial, to the white house.

yellowish green

yerrrppppp. unlike dan's lie, im the one with that vintage swag. For my vintage travel poster i was lucky to have found a photo of a nice looking Hawaiian female doing that hula right quick. Using a tutorial i was able to turn the photo into a painting. by duplicating the image and making four layers i can make one of then a cutout another dry brush and make the last one noise to 12 i was able to accomplish my masterpiece. then it was onto illustrator where i made the poster have the catchiest slogan there ever was, "the islands await" (dundundunnn) This poster would definately make any handsome, good looking person visit hawaii.

Macro Photo Shoot

Converse All Star

Yen

Over used Chuck Taylor's
1. This photo is a macro photo of my chuck taylor's i used to run while trying to lose weight. I like this shot because it really emphasizes the  Converse logo while showing a shallow depth of field. The shallow depth of field creates less focus to the background and draws your eyes to the logo.  The focus of interest is definately the logo. According to the rule of the thirds the photo is focused in the middle and to the right squares.

2. I like this photo of the yen because it starts off with a large object, the man, and leads to the 100. I would consider this photo to have a deep depth of field because the 100 is more in focus then the man. I think this image could be better maybe if i got the bill to stand up and then go from there.

3. This is another good shot of my converse but from another perspective. This shot emphasizes that the shoe has been worn a lot and maybe the shoe has a history behind those holes. This photo has shallow depth of field because you can clearly see the stitching and the tear. In the rule of thirds the focus of this image would mainly be towards the bottom squares.

SYMBOLSS

For this particular project i had to select 5 words and replace one letter with a symbol pertaining to the word. For my five words, if you had not already noticed, i chose coexist, protect, moon, chemistry, and drop. I contemplated on the idea which symbols to replace and i am pretty content with my decisions. I worked really hard on this project and therefore i think i deserve and A! =O!

MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY

MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY- The image being projected is close to the same size as the subject.

Ant walking on water

kitty deep in thought

colored pencils

flower accompanied with water drops

guy with sweat running down face

close up on a lighter

The basic materials needed to shoot a macro photograph are macro lens, a step down ring, and a tripod.

  1. put the macro lens on the camera
  2. screw the step down ring on the macro lens
  3. put your camera on manuel focus.
  4. set your camera on the tripod and shoot!
IF i had the chance to shoot anything in macro form i would choose a snowglobe, converse shoes, goggles.
